Cocaine Mitch takes a stand on Marge Greene
Robinhood CEO to testify in front of House
Cocaine Mitch loves Liz Cheney.
Behold, hand in hand the King and Queen of the Ye Olde GOP.
The Senate minority leader also took a swipe at Marge Greene, calling her a cancer.
Mitch has had a habit of doubting the electoral prowess of Trump-style populism but is one of the most savvy vote counters in DC. If he is drawing a line in the sand, it’s because he knows he has the winning hand.
Then again, both of these women are not his problem.
They’re in the House. It’s McCarthy who is going to have to keep that patchwork from ripping. Maybe this is all filler to keep people talking while he and Chuck Schumer have yet to finalize a power-sharing agreement and a delicate reconciliation maneuver is beginning to slam COVID relief through.

My mother, the inspiration for the “Don’t blame me. I voted for Gloria.” t-shirt refuses to wear her own merch. But she got a mug with the design on it because she wants to support the cause.

Another one of my colleagues is a Trump supporter.
He legitimately claimed that Obama was the Antichrist. Well we survived Obama.
And call me crazy but God damn it we survived Lex Luthor too. - ESKOBOMB
A friend of mine once called for a full ban on metaphors in politics. That might have been the right way to go.

This weekend I fixed my dishwasher. It was leaking all over and I properly diagnosed the problem, got the part I needed and replaced it, and now no more water in my kitchen.
Is this a metaphor for my disdain for politicians being unable to actually get things done? Is it an allegory, the political class being the dishwasher that just spins the same water (representing ideas) over our heads time and time again until we come out wiped clean of all that ever made us unique?!?
No. I’m just really proud of myself and wanted to share. - CHARLIE FROM CANADA
There ya go Charlie! Fix that literal dishwasher!

I wonder with so many movies being delayed last year and this year, are we gong to get Trump allegories for multiple years? I watched Bombshell last week, the only rage boner I could get was after the movie telling my partner how stupid of a movie it was. I had a solid 45 minute one sided discussion about it. I really don't want more movies like that coming out. - SEAN
Good God, you’re right. We have another two years of #RESISTENCE movies and TV shows coming out.

Warning, I'm going to go all catholic dogma for a moment here, but it has an actual relevant and practical point...
If you want to continue your main story picture there, then tomorrow you need to show the picture of St Francis of Assisi building his snow family outside there by refusing to fall prey to the thoughts of having a family...
We as a society and media need to be as resilient as one of the great saints of my faith... We need to be temperate and not lose ourselves in the hype and seduction of what we've just gone through. You say it’s like going from light beer vs cocaine, I think it's more akin to white claws vs meth... The only way to break addiction is to realize you have a problem and that is time to stop. And one of the best ways to do that is together, we all need to agree that it's time to walk away from this, realize what we've done and who we may have hurt because of it and then seek help within ourselves to overcome.
I'm sorry this one is kind of preachy, so I guess I'll just double down the end it with part of the prayer of saint Francis because right now we could all learn something by this...

Well said. Also… you’ve done meth?
