What the hell is going in the PA Senate Race?

Gaetz Ethics Report, predictably, turns into a circus

Every news agency has called the PA Senate race for Dave McCormick. Yet his opponent Bob Casey has not admitted defeat. The final result was close enough for a recount… but the processing of the votes has been controversial

Bucks County has been the focal point in recent days. The county’s election officials have been at the center of controversies regarding ballot counting procedures.

Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia admitted to counting provisional ballots despite a Pennsylvania Supreme Court order prohibiting it. She stated, “People violate laws any time they want… There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

Additionally, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court invalidated a Democratic attempt to count undated mail-in and absentee ballots, directing election officials to exclude such ballots. Despite this ruling, some Democratic-led county boards, including those in Bucks County, proceeded to count these ballots, leading to legal disputes and public outcry.

This and more is discussed on the show…
